Recommended by the NSTA (National Science Teachers Association), this book will change your child’s view of learning.
It only takes a spark, a moment of imagination, to make a kid love science. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) are the paths that can assure a successful life.
You’ll discover the problems and solutions together.
Their eyes will widen.
And when Pumpus and his friends spend a night camping on Halloween and have to solve some problems to keep from ruining the fun, it makes your child want to learn.
You’ll adore the illustrations and story, because a book you read with your child should be fun for the both of you.
Informative about fire and its production Interesting book for children from 5 to 6 years, but a bit too simple beyond, except for additional information at the end of the book on the origins of fire, safety. I moderately appreciated the choice of characters in the illustration (a robot, a trash and I think an acorn?). I did not really understand why the choice of these characters. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this
My kids liked the book, especially since they love helping dad on burn days. I found the book boring and too short. I did enjoy the fire safety tips and extras in the back. My kids all want Dad to start a fire with friction now, he's not super happy with that, but I am totally on the kid's side. I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.
Pumpus Has A Glowing Idea! by Praba is a beautifully illustrated children’s book. A fictional story that teaches children about science and safety. The idea was cute and entertaining. I found it easy-to-follow, fast-paced, and full of fun. This book is suited for all children, boys and girls alike.
I received this copy from the publisher. This is my voluntary review.
