Defining love is like counting the stars on a summer night, and is never the same to all people. The poetry in this book, LOVE POETRY, which was awarded the EDITOR'S CHOICE by the original publisher, explores many facets we refer to as love. It deals with our very first beathe after a swat on behind, to our first steps, and first kiss. It is a young girl changing in front of a world that seldom sees, and her wishing to hurry up the process, to her mother's remembering it all, and her daddy's wish that it would not come so fast, and leave us behind so suddenly. It is life and our pursuit of happiness, while dealing with the tragedy and helplessness. It is also a poet's attempt at telling it all in 14 lines of iambic pentameter that rhymes the way a Shakespearean Sonnet should rhyme, but end up staring at a blank screen of a computer. Such is the world of poetry, and what this book is all about.
