good for kids planing to get a ball python but one flaw

It’s a great and fact filled book but the only problem is that is says ball pythons should be in a smaller tank but you should really keep them in a 40 gallon minimum and better yet a 4 x 2 x 2 pvc reptile habitat with swing acrylic locking doors because you should never pick up a reptile from above. In fact if you let a ball python free range your house ( I would never recommend this) and you had a few water bowls and heat lamps throughout the house along with a few hides, the snake would be perfectly fine. So this is generally a good book besides that and some grammatical errors. ( note: this was written by a ten year old who has had an interest in herpetology ( study of reptiles and amphibians) since the early age of 3 years old. I currently own a leopard gecko and am always wanting to grow my collection more and more away from lizards and invertebrates. Also I watch about 13 different reptile enthusiast YouTube channels so I have become fairly knowledgeable about the topic.) Have a fantastic day!

Would recommend for anyone considering getting a Ball Python

Really enjoyed the questions and concise information. I also appreciate that the author recommends investing in other sources and the snake community. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about getting a ball python.

not enough substance

While what was said was true, there wasn’t a lot of substance. I read this way too quickly and honestly already knew everything in here. There wasn’t enough detail in the book to explain a lot of things and it just kind of scratched the surface of topics then quickly moved along.

An expanded care guide

Pretty good. Most info found in various care guides so quite a short book. Nothing too detailed to be understood.

Very informing

This book was very well written with only a few typos, which always seem to catch my eye. It was definitely better than the first book in this category.

Well overall this book was quite nice for the price and it would have gotten 4 stars if there had not been any mistakes and false informations in it. The spider morph is not a great morph for beginners, they most often have severe vertigo and because of that problems with feeding properly. Where and when is that suitable for a beginner? There were a few other things but this just made me angry.
