Disappointing, US-centric

I found this book an odd mixture. Financial strategies with a mostly US focus and relevance, plus some enthusiastic but formulaic self/help psychology that is not new or unique.

I was hoping for a book with things I could do right now, anywhere in the world, to earn passive income. This book did not meet those needs.

Whereas Gundi Gabrielle’s book on that topic certainly does.

The value of this book to me is marginal. I have read many self-help books, and what is here seems just a re-hash of common well-known elements of those.
Along with mostly US-centric and large scale (residential leasing) financial approaches.

Overall very disappointing. 2.5 stars.
