I got into Neo Tech when I read their reference to Ayn Rand from a mail promotion back in the 90's. I ordered these books and entered NT's extensive doctrinal orbit. There are obviously intelligent, powerful people running this show...but let's just say I got very little applicable knowledge from their writings. In fact, assuming that these guys are serious, this stuff is a little scary.

Incomprehensible stream-of-consciousness flimflam with a darkly amoral subtext.

Frank R. Wallace aka Wallace Ward was a professional poker player and was convicted of various federal tax crimes in the 1990s.
In this book, the Value Producer is the true God and the real God is relegated to a mere concept which was made up by "Mystics and neo-cheaters".
At every turn of the page, this same Ayn Rand-esque Objectivism concept is repeated over and over again with no data, studies, or even anecdotal stories to back up anything Wallace writes.
Wallace has a good command of the English language and was highly educated in Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry.
He worked for nine years with DuPont as a research chemist.
His Atheism combined with his love for chemicals reflects overarchingly in the book to the point where reading it feels like reading someone's horrible fever dream.
Hopefully, this review may save fellow human beings from spending precious time in Wallace's nightmare.
