I knew nothing about the Paleo diet before reading Instant Pot Paleo Cookbook by Tanya Baker. Thanks to her explantations, I have a better understanding of what Paleo is and why it is important. Additionally, the recipes provide are for use with an instant pot, “making the process of preparing foods so much easier.”
This is not a very large book, but the recipes included selections for each daily meal and, surprisingly, even deliciously sounding desserts.
