Welcome to my little book and although it’s not long or complicated, I hope to show you some simple and effective things that will see you lose weight without using a diet. It’s all about just watching what you eat. It’s about not rushing in and realizing your long term goal.

You shouldn’t have to give up the foods you love or eat food you really don’t like to lose weight. You don’t need to buy special foods or dietary supplements. Do you like cake? Then eat cake! Do you like chocolate? Then eat it and enjoy life – this is the old man in me telling you that you don’t have to be miserable to lose weight.

I want to show you how you can lose weight by making some very small changes to how you eat. Small changes over long time become big changes. Life is a marathon, not a sprint and this is how I want you to approach losing weight. Slow and steady wins the race as they say.

I know I have helped people in the past and one thing I keep hearing is "You know, I never thought of it like that."
