The content is definitely all over the place. That being said, this book is useful when you need to deal with overcoming risk and certain risk biases. This book doesn't focus entirely on trading as it's more of a life lesson. I would still recommend it but I believe his Way of the Turtles would be much more helpful as a trader.

Pros:
Easy read
Some good advice on risk
Interesting, but irrelevant stories

Cons:
Not trading specific
The epilogue sounds like a copy from Neil Degrasse Tyson

Of moderate value... not a waste, but not nearly the meat of Curtis Faith's initial Turtle book.

I was expecting a lot of insights and examples of share trading---but it was a cheap imitation of this---defining over and over again what "risk" means with examples from the medical profession and parachuting---and little from the stock market. Disappointing.

Curtis Faith is an exceptional trading author but this isn't his most meritorious work. Anyway, the style is fresh and light.
