Pushing forward constantly, with high hopes of making the best of life, join first time author Markera in this detailed account of struggles, triumphs and experiences.
We are all faced daily with hindrances and upsets in life, take a look at how this mother of two consistently conquers fears to overcome them. Living by the adage that there is no failure, but indeed important lessons, there is something for everyone no matter their stage in life to take from her own personal account of life as she sees it.
Through smiles and tears, this writer shares how the past thirty-six years have shaped her, leading her to move to a new place with no friends and no family. Each page takes you through as if you were right there and leaves little to question about her state of being in each moment.
Book 2 shares experiences with married life, death of her first daughter, and having her son and daughter after, while dealing with her husband's crack and alcohol addictions.

Living life ignoring society's expectations is liberating.

Relearning to love myself is an ongoing process that brings me extreme joy as a person & with the love of my life.

I enjoy spending time to facilitate this process for men & women using art, journaling & visualizations.

Ever since moving from the fast pace of New Providence to the slower one in South Eleuthera, I am experiencing life in a way I never thought I would have.

Lapping life up at a slower pace allows me to take care of my family with greater attention and care.

When I am not hanging out with my kids, sewing, crocheting, painting, baking or in the garden, I am having discussions about everything under the sun with my life partner, or just snuggling with him.
