Tired of fixing the same old meals?

For those who love to cook, those who don’t, for beginners, for experienced cooks looking for something different, for those who are busy and need something quickly, and for those who like good solid foods.

Superfoods, simple steps, easy to fix, and basic ingredients.

For anyone who has allergies, just swap out ingredients for those you can eat.
For those needing gluten-free recipes, swap out the flour for your favorite flour.

The key to using this cookbook is to take my recipes and make adjustments suited for your use. Think of this cookbook as a starter or base to build upon. Have fun with it!

A great gift for newlyweds, college students, for someone living alone.

Some of my all-time favorite
Two-Minute Fudge - (Makes for a great Christmas present!)
Chocolate Cherry Cake (If you take this dish, it'll come back empty!)
Pralines - (Another great Christmas gift! Just like the ones made in the South!)
Butterbeer - (It's as close as I could get to that served at a famous park in Florida.)
Old-Fashioned Pan Rolls - (These are light and fluffy, and taste like store-bought.)
Guacamole - (Easy to make and delicious!)
Red Pepper Cream Cheese Seafood Dip - (This one will disappear fast!)
Crustless Quiche - (Easy to fix and no crust to make or buy!)
Eggnog - (A holiday favorite.)
Lobster/Crab/Fish Bisque - (Yummy!)
Black Forest Mug Cake - (When you need just a taste and not an entire cake!)
No Grain Cheese Crust Pizza - (When I became gluten-free, this one became my go-to pizza.)
Homemade mixes - (These have been lifesavers in eliminating unneeded ingredients.)
