Like Wells’s The Ripple Effect, I found this book to be a useful tool for improving your life and performance. I liked how the book divided the content into personal and work and found the quizzes useful. There was some repetition and I think it could have been improved with more checklists and example schedules in action.

Great idea for a book... Felt like it could have been 100 pages shorter. Lots of repetition.

Too repetitive overall, and all the athlete comparisons got old.
