This book is intended as an introduction to numerical methods for scientists and engineers. Providing an excellent balance of theoretical and applied topics, it shows the numerical methods used with C, C++, and MATLAB.

This book covers a vast amount of topics and problems, but the problem being that there are much less examples to learn the solving from. The concepts itself discussed are not clear, and combine that with the lack of examples to follow, there is no progression before you get to the tougher numericals, which of course, have no solution.
At least the programs are clear somewhat. This book makes a very easy topic with deep thinking required almost inapproachable to learn.
