Have obsessions and compulsions paralyzed your life? Does it seem like your battle with obsessive compulsive disorder is leading you in circles with no way out?
You can learn from the Israelites in the Old Testament who were fearful to enter the promised land and two men who were different. Joshua and Caleb stood out in the crowd due to the faith they exhibited. Both inherited what God had promised.
By having faith, you can walk in their footsteps and inherit your promised land—one in which OCD does not rule your life.
Charles Thompson, who suffers from OCD himself, provides tools to boost your faith through prayer, Bible study, spiritual warfare, and devotionals while incorporating established medical methods.
The workbook will help you confront OCD by looking at it through God’s eyes. You’ll find that anxiety and pressure can be relieved—and that God has a loving plan for you.
I've been suffering from Religious OCD..... I KNOW Jesus is my way out and I've been depending on him and this book gave me more insights on how to handle the thoughts and The view of God on OCD. There were even times when I started crying reading God's View on OCD that encourages me to keep going forward in Life and NEVER DOUBT GOD'S LOVE
This book is TRUTH for those seeking to heal from OCD and for those counselors and guardians seeking to help those with OCD from a Biblical standpoint. There is a lack of support devotionals for those with OCD and mental health in general and this book is a game changer. Christian or not- this will change your walk with God and walk with OCD. Thank you Charles!
This book helped me immensely. This is a true blessing on pages. The scriptures and suggested literature really brings hope, knowledge and a new understanding in this journey.
Loved this one. It is much more streamlined and easy to follow that the others I’ve read. It was also rich in scripture. It explained that therapy and medicine can be vital, but also points repeatedly to God and his healing power!
