This is a cute book. Mr. Hacker was lonely so he fed the animals. Everyone knows if you feed animals they will keep coming back. I can relate to this book because I have always had a soft part in my heart for all animals. If I see an animal in need I will go get it whatever it needs within reason.

A man leaves the city to live in the country, because it's too loud and dirty in the city. He gets lonely and befriends a cat, dog and maybe some birds and squirrels. I don't blame him, we left the city too and opted for some desert life.
