Well after my jaw met floor at the end of Book 2 (Creed of Redemption). I couldn’t wait to get started, needing to know exactly what would happen between Lourdes, Diesel, Xander and Sevyn!
Diesel is the self confessed manwhore of the band and Lourdes is Xander’s little sister, what does this mean for the dynamics of the band?? Can Xander just brush it all under the carpet as if it never happened? And I mean what will happen if Diesel doesn’t actually come back!? I just had to keep reading to find out and couldn’t put it down.
Through the best part of the book I was mentally shaking Diesel, willing him to stop being a dick and give in to exactly how much he loved and needed Lourdes! And I physically wanted to hurt Melissa, what a bitch!!
I absolutely loved this series, so glad I didn’t have to wait between books, I don’t think I’d of coped! Definitely a series worth reading.
Wow! I have been not so patiently waiting for this book after the jaw dropping end of book 2. The crazy twist and turns made it a book I couldn't put down. Read it an afternoon, I needed to see how this would play out. Lourdes and Diesel had an on again off again relationship it was frustrating. I swear at times I wanted to throat punch him and smack her straight. Gah! he was such a jerk, a complete a$$hole at times. I love an a$$hole hero! There were times though, he was too much and I wanted her to kick him the curb. It all came to light and thank goodness she had the faith to hold to what they could be. He saved her in book 1 and it may have taken 3 books but she saved him too. This was a great conclusion to the trilogy! I always enjoy SR Watson's books and can't wait to see what she comes with next. I know it will be good!
Leave it All Behind is book 3 in the S.I.N Trilogy and is the conclusion to Diesel and Lourdes story and one that will have you thinking WTF! Will they get their HEA or will outside influences cause them to be ripped apart forever. The ending in this book was beautiful and was worth all the anxiety.
I love Diesel … granted, I generally want to throw him to the wolves, throat punch him, etc… but I love him none the less – even with the “WTF” ending of the 2nd book and the “oh no he didn’t attitude” that returned … I love Diesel! Lourdes and Diesel are both shattered – by each other and by their own past issues. Lourdes isn’t willing to give up on Diesel, although he has shut her out and makes it glaringly obvious that he doesn’t want her. But she just has to bide her time, she just has to fight the dark, the heart knows when it’s right … or does it? The writing is great, and while reading I was made to feel their pain, made me feel their hurt, and made to feel their love. I was completely blown away at the level of “feels” I got while reading the scene about Lourdes’ break from Diesel’s POV. Book 3 has fantastic twists and turns, lots of high drama, and picks up right where Creed left off. I read it in one sitting and could not put it down until the very last word. These 2 authors did an outstanding job with this series – it’s definitely going to stay in my rotation as a re-read.
If you’ve been following along with this story, you know that it’s been a parade of lies, secrets, and unexpected twists, and you can be sure you get plenty more of them in this amazing finale!
The rocker we love to hate but still can't seem to get enough of is back and still as dirty and sexy as ever. Admittedly, Diesel can be a real jerk. He's arrogant, crass, and unfiltered. But you catch glimpses of an amazing guy underneath that bravado and it'll keep you coming back for more.
It's why Lourdes can't walk away. I've loved watching her change for the better over the course of this series and a lot of that had to do with Diesel.
Diesel and Lourdes may have a love/hate relationship with each other, but it works for them. It works for this series. I promise, if you have patience with these two, you will be rewarded in the end. I really enjoyed their dynamic through the story. It was definitely a highly-entertaining series!
*Quick note: this is book three in a trilogy and they must be read in order!
This Trilogy had a lot more going on than just Lourdes being a doormat. Family secrets, lies by omission and band drama. I would have preferred the later rather than the former by itself. Diesel is the unapologetic man whore, who for various reasons (too many to name) has a want her-don't want her-shouldn't want her-want her one more time relationship with Lourdes, while she plays the hate him/love him/I'm leaving the tour/I'm staying on tour card just too many times and has been hiding a big secret from her step brother and the "supposed" love of her life through the three books . I wish the Author would have given her a little more backbone at some point, but other than her never giving up stance no matter what Diesel does she is what brought the series down for me. Just a side note, Sevyn deserved something at the end of the book since he was a big part of two big secrets

I finished this book within a few hours. I couldn’t put it down. I devoured the whole series, really.
We finally get to read the ending to the drama that is Diesel and Lourdes. Of course, the way is paved with tons of pushing and pulling from both sides, and some snarky comments from a bitch named Melissa.
Of course we pick up right where book two ended and it’s a page-turner. How does Xander take the news that his younger sister has been having sex with the notorious manwhore that is his lead singer?
There’s more than just that drama in this book. We’re also dealing with drama regarding Sevyn and Diesel’s dad and his company.
This drama-filled ending to a rocker series is one you don’t want to miss!
Oh dear lord.. after that WTF ending in book 2, I patiently waited for this book.. and OH it DID NOT disappoint. I needed to know what was going to happen between Lordus and Diesel, along with Xander and Sevyn.. and the rest of the group. This book of course picks up where book 2 ended.. Let the Drama ensue.. The beans have been spilled.. its all out there.. what Diesel and Lordus have been up to. Xander is pissed (but I seriously wanted to junk punch him for this words and actions toward Lordus). I did want to Strangle both Lordus and Diesel though too... I understand why he was trying to put the distance between he and Lordus ... and why he brought that bitch Melissa back in.. but just talk to each other.. GAH!!!!! I however just kept on reading, I needed to know what happened next but I didn't want it to end.. I seriously could not put the book down.. I loved every moment of it. AND THAT ENDING!! OMG **SWOON**
SR Watson.. Shawn Dawson.. you guys knocked it out of the park with this series.. Thank you soooo much!!!
We start where the chaos that erupted at the end of Book 2 ended. Diesel and Sevyn’s identities have been revealed; Diesel has spitefully told everyone about his relationship with Lourdes; Zander is disgusted with his sister and wants nothing more to do with her if this splits the band up.
Will the twins be able to do damage control on their takeover of their fathers company? Or will more skeletons and secrets come out? Will Lourdes finish her book about the rise of the band or will she go back home? Will she win back everyone’s trust and Diesel’s forgiveness?
I’m giving nothing away...but you won’t be disappointed!
I was patiently waiting for Leave It All Behind #3 to be released, after Creed Of Redemption #2 left me literally gobsmacked, and boy did S.R Watson and Shawn Dawson not disappoint!! Leave it all behind is a high drama story which brings to light all the secrets and manipulation , the web finally becomes untangled. What will become of Diesel and Lourdes, has the damage been done for them to move forward? Who is playing who? A great end to the S.I.N. Rock Star Trilogy!! I can only hope that a spin off series will ensure we get a follow up on all the characters.
After that WTF ending to Book two, I have waited patiently for this one and SR and Shawn did not disappoint. It picked up right where book two left off and man, bring on the drama! We finally get to see things play out for Diesel and Lourdes, although the road wasn’t an easy one for them, these two broken souls were made to heal each other. This one is definitely a page turner and will keep you guessing what’s going to happen next. Great ending to a great series!
I was not a big fan of first two books but I just couldn’t put it past me to find closure since the books keep ending on such cliffhangers. This book was so much better. It brought steam and thrill and even the chase. I would have even given it five stars but I have a thing about grammar in erotica. The words need to be right or the moment is missed. I shouldn’t have to read a sentence twice to then realize that a common noun was missing in the heat of the moment. Other then that, this book delivered.
I loved it! I was waiting for this ! Lourdes was such a big hearted woman! Way more understanding than I could ever be! Diesel finally got it together ! Loved the ending of their story! Awesome writing!
I could not wait for this book!! I’m pretty sure I drove the author crazy asking when when when!!! It did not disappoint. Was sad to see the story line come to an end, I am hoping for books from other characters like his brother or her brother. Plzzzzzz!!!!!
All this comes to a head for Diesel and Lourdes. From the beginning this series had suspense and drama. Some of the story was predictable, but I still like it.
I've been waiting for this 3rd book for so long now! I love the anticipation and the build up to the end! Also, the cover of Shawn Dawson is so incredibly hot as hell! He is the master of many to many of my fantasies! ;)
I'm gonna start this review out by saying don't be like me, read the other two books first and then this one. I didn't know this was a continuation until I read the first page and was lost. It was like jumping into a conversation after the person been talking awhile. Anyway after the confusion, the story started to make sense. Diesel and Lourdes have a lot to overcome and get things back on track. Truth finally comes out and love finds its way back for them. I liked how we got both of their povs and saw what really really was happening. How Diesel was fighting for more then just her. He was fighting for his future. While this book started out rough for me, I did like the way it ended. It was super sweet!
