Renzo Turchetta left his SWAT unit and sided with his brothers battling evil in a more global role. The demand was constant and rapidly turned into his exclusive purpose in life. Hydria Vose loved her profession as a patrolwoman for the LA law enforcement unit. Every day brought unique challenges. There was one she aimed for, obtaining the position of Detective. Renzo knew Hydria’s reputation. She was out to prove herself in any manner she could to secure a promotion, even if it meant putting herself in grave danger. That’s why he’d denied her request when she applied for his SWAT team years ago. She accused him of being personally responsible for obstructing her career advancement. She wasn’t entirely mistaken. When Hydria receives notification that her younger brother went AWOL from the Marine Corps, she takes it upon herself to find him. Hydria knows something happened to him, but the government won’t give her any answers. Her resources are limited, and she is forced to reach out for help. Renzo could relate to the helplessness Hydria felt. When she refuses to sit on the sidelines and let him do his job he’s forced to compromise, something he’s not good at. Will stubbornness be their destruction, or will they after all these years, quit denying what truly had always stood between them? Love.

Jeannette grew up in a large family, number ten out of eleven children, eight of them being older brothers. She quickly developed a great sense of humor, mostly from necessity. One of her greatest joys is sitting on the porch where they were all raised and hearing the stories from years gone by. Quietly laughing to herself, she notices how they embellish the stories more and more each year.

Storytelling was passed down from her grandfather and mother. Jeannette caught the bug at a very young age. If she didn’t have her head in a book, then she was off somewhere with a notebook, jotting down stories of what she would write if one day she became an author. Although the notebook may have vanished, the stories are still vivid and waiting for the right time to be told.

Despite having an amazing family, there have also been some sorrows in her life, including the loss of loved ones. Over the years, Jeannette has spent countless hours volunteering for different organizations and acting as a caregiver to those dearest to her. As a result, supporting the elderly became of utmost importance.

As she approached a milestone birthday in 2015, she decided to take her passion for writing and blend it with her desire to continue to help others. As she writes her stories, she hopes they touch someone’s life. Within the layers of the romance, the foundation remains throughout and is one that is dear to her; make a difference in someone’s life each day!

In 2016 she met someone who encouraged her to push herself even further and try her hand at spicy intrigue. One year later she has four books in this new series and each one pushing her limits just a bit further.

Like the wind, Jeannette’s life changed directions several times over the years, yet one constant remains: her desire to leave this Earth a little better than when she entered it as she tries to live by these words, Make your mark on the world today as your acts of kindness is all anyone will remember in years to come!

By Her Side!!!

Hydria Vose loved her job as a patrolwoman for the LAPD. She was aiming for a promotion at becoming a Detective. She was good at her job but years ago she was refused the opportunity to join Renzo Turchetta's SWAT unit. Which she accused him of being responsible for failing her.

When she got word that her younger brother Steve went AWOL from the Marine Corps, she made it her mission to find him. The government wasn't giving her a straight answer and she knew deep down that something happened to him.

With nowhere else to turn to, she decided to reach out to Bennett Stone for help who in return turned to Renzo for help.

Renzo Turchetta left his SWAT team to join his siblings fight against the injustices in the world. They ran Turchetta's Promise. When a former acquaintance came to him for help, he wanted to refuse.

But when he found out who the client was, he had a feeling that he wouldn't be refusing to assist Stone. Seeing Hydria again didn't go to well, he knew she wouldn't to happy to see him. He took the case and since she wasn't going to be sitting on the sideline. They made a compromise.

They dated for a short time four years ago before he ended things between them. Renzo never got over Hydria and now he found himself working closely with her. As their journey begun, things didn't add up with what they've read.

They kept digging deeper and with the help of his siblings, especially Melissa and Gabe. Hydria got the answers they were looking for. A what a basket of unecpected surprises, she received.

She found herself heading to Tabiq to work work for Stone. She was asked to be the liaison/security at the medical center for any women who showed signs of abuse. She was to help Ziva while Alex and the others handled the dangerous situations. What she didn't expect was to find Renzo there and vice versa.

Ren and Ria as they called each other had a lot to talk about and when they put all their cards on the table. They revealed that they cared more than they thought about each other.

Despite what the Hendersons were doing to make things right in Tabiq, someone behind the scene wanted to destroy all their hard work. But what they didn't know was they weren't alone, they had Stone and the Turchettas to assist them.

It was a delightful treat to see Bennett Stone ( VIRGIN FOR THE FOURTH TIME ) and the Hendersons make a cameo. Love when there's a crossover between the series. The lovebirds finally got their HEA.

FOR JUSTICE is the third book in Jeannette Winters' TURCHETTA'S PROMISE series. It was heartwarming, alluring and adventurous. Two thumbs up and a recommendation for you guys to grab this book.

I absolutely loved Renzo's and Hydria's story. It was fabulous. I guess the synopsis says it all.

He's ex-SWAT and now works with his brothers part of Tuchettas Promise.
Hydria has left her post on the LAPD sacrificing her promotion to SWAT to find her AWOL Marine Corps brother. Everywhere she has looked for answers there seemed to be mine and Hydria feels the government is hiding something. She asks for help from the great Bennett Stone who refers her to Renzo due to being short on resources.

At first Renzo did not want to help but when he realised it as Hydria who needed help he pulled out all his resources to do so.

So much happens in this book. It's packed with suspense action, hot chemistry that never died between them both.

You see the Henderson's apart of this in a great crossover. Thick you Jeannette for a fabulous read

Horrible lead female

So I get that she’s supposed to be all tough but there are so many insecurities nagging at her that she actually comes off weak. Add in her “being in the loop” and I found her childish. For instance when she hadn’t heard from Renz for 2 days she starts doubting him and yet she had just left the violence and knew what he was dealing with. So dramatic.

What a great series. I'm used to suspense and mystery. But, it's springtime, and love is in the air. What a great family affair. A business taking care of those in deep need, and while away, find ways to bring good into the world.

Excellent continuation of the series. Hard-nosed Renzo is the H in this story, with Hydria the h. They had crossed paths in the past when Hydria's acceptance into the LA SWAT team was blocked by Renzo. Since then, she has done what she could to prove herself capable, but now her Marine brother has gone AWOL and she is determined to find him.

Turchetta's Promise is an organization created by the family to help those who can't help themselves. Each book is about a different family member as he/ she continues that fight, and this is no different- well-developed characters and interesting plot.

I can't help but love a story where Ren feels that Ria, is the dream come true perfect woman. But he has so much baggage (only he feels) that she shouldn't or couldn't ever love him back. Ria says "I'm fighting for him.” This is such a great story that ends with you already feeling and knowing they will have a very happy life. I'm loving this series so much, I can’t wait to read Gabe’s story next. He’s my favorite Turchetta. 5 Stars
