Good book. It has some useful information and interesting tips. The book constructed of six chapters goes over 240 pages. It is  about professional communication . Some of the topics were discussed briefly such as email, reports and memos.. etc, and some others were discussed in details! it wasn't the best book to be honest it was okey. I wouldn't read it again and i wouldn't recommend it to others especially those who read about this topic before.

If you didn't read or attend courses about this topic, go and read it, it might intreat you.

My review:
I do think that this book has a great content, but for me it is a little bit overwhelming. Imagine having a summary of all of your text book in bulleted lists... yes, every single bullet point is important, thus making me hard to summarize the book even more.

This book would not be suitable for all reader geek, especially for those looking for a quality reading time. Best use of this book, I think, is as a bible and take-away when you need to solve a case/problem.
