If you're looking for a book on the history of photography, look no further. By far the best one I've come across.

An out-of-print book that can probably only be found on Amazon or in used book stores. Got my copy for $5! :) I haven't finished it yet, but so far it's doing a great job of giving an overall view of the history of early photography in America.
