I needed to read this book for work and i really couldn't have been more disappointed with this selection. This is a lazy, reader's digest version of countless other great books. It's filled with platitudes, incomplete thoughts, and other people's quotes (that the author doesn't even expand on).

If you're looking to put a layer of polish on your leadership or teamwork skills, look elsewhere. There are tons of great choices out there.

Short little book with powerful principles. Our team is focusing on 1 rule per month (about...) for discussion.

Most of the pages are covered by quotes from white male politicians or in buissness- which can be motivating.... but haven't we heard those already?

Good book with good, basic leadership ideas. Don’t know if I got anything earth shattering from it or new but good, basic principles.

A superficial treatment of the topic with a few ideas that I would like to think or discuss more. The entire book takes about 20 minutes to read so none of the thoughts are really developed.

Vey difficult to pull teamwork off in the USA 🇺🇸 where everyone wants to be top dog and people undermine any team activity.

This has got to be the most put together snapshot of effective leadership that I've read, yet! It honestly could be used as a "go-to" guide for leaders who might need a refresher, or if a problem has surfaced and they need a strategy. Excellent!!
