What's a minor lust goddess to do when she's fated to life in an eternal four-way?
Run like hell, of course.
It's not that the three Gods of War currently tracking Kai aren't maddeningly delicious and tempting as all get out--it's just the damned prophecy they're all attached to is basically demanding her death to stop total destruction and ruin. At least that's what Kai has been told all her life.
And it's not that she's all about total annihilation of every living being at the hands of ancient demons (that would be lame, of course), it's just that Kai thinks there's got to be another option out there that lets her keep her head attached to her body and her pulse strong in her veins.
Lukas, Rafe, and Nico need to find their bride, like, yesterday to slow the rise of the demons, but the woman is action-packed with trust and commitment issues and is remarkably good at disappearing into thin air. But once they catch her, and catch her they will, they'll punish her in the most delectable ways for her disobedience, all while trying to stave off a few rounds of impending doom while they're at it.
