Reverend Norman Sykes FBA (17 May 1897 – 20 March 1961) was a priest in Anglican orders and a distinguished ecclesiastical historian.

Sykes was appointed as the Dixie Professor of Ecclesiastical History at the University of Cambridge in 1944.
He was Dean of Winchester from 1958 to 1961.
