If you ever want to learn about the guy who helped turn the Illinois legislature from a part-time operation into a "professional" legislature, this is that book. There's exhaustive biographical details of Russ Arrington's book, which can get overwhelming at times. Still, it's fun to know that he was one of the first investors in VO5 shampoo.
