The real power of this book is in the exercises you do to answer the tough interview questions ahead of time --by having "success stories" already prepared, you're ready for anything. I attribute my current job (hired in 2002) to this book's preparation and prayer!

Love the exercises in the beginning of the book. Helps individuals identify their skills and find examples/stories to demostrate skills.
