Fantastic! I read this book in less than a week. Compelling, hilarious, and authentic, Eberst's story is one that can draw any reader in. I feel like it's the book that many teachers, administrators, librarians, and school staff have always wanted to write but didn't. Highly recommend it!

Every teacher has a book inside dying to be written. This one is a compilation of very short stories by a librarian in the school district where I taught (Reynoldsburg). Quick read and I could relate.

This book is hilarious and so relatable as a teacher. Rhonda Eberst has such a talent for writing.

An absolute delight - I laughed, I smiled, I cried, and was transported back to my elementary school library and all the joy and excitement that room and my marvelous librarian brought me, though I wish I could have had Mrs. Eberst too!
