This book was about how Shaniqua, brittany, and Natasha growing up and their futures. Shaniqua kept up with her job and met this new girl named Fabrianna and brittany pointed out her so called friend liked her as a girlfriend. Shaniqua found out it wa true then had to let her go so she woudn't send mixed signals about if she was straight or not. Then, her grandmother suffered from a heart attack and died in her bed. shaniqua didn't know what to do with herself so she is going to join the navy and become a nurse. On brittany's side she has to start stop spending so much because her father is building a medical center and she feels like she is in jail. then she met a boy online named dante. But, when she met him he was nothing like his picture and turned out to be a rapist named Jonny and he was 26 not 18 like he said. She learned that she could lose stuff while gaining stuff. natasha broke up with stephen to go modeling in Paris,France. i reccomend this series to anyone mature enough to handle the contents in it.
