pretty good explanations, /huge/ fan of chapter eleven, where he details what can be done by the average person. (likely out-of-date, but still a very nice addition!) also does a fairly good job of keeping the information from being diluted by his being a white man from the us, especially compared to most other works i've read.

This book shines light on so many things I had no understanding of before and explains antibiotics, bacteria, antibiotic resistance, and so much more, so phenomenally! The whole book was incredibly well written and backed up with loads of trustworthy information and sources of that information, and is definitely something I would recommend everyone read!
