Probably the most helpful book on raising children I've read so far. Chock full of wisdom on every page and brings it all back to the Gospel when I least expected it. The problems I had with this book were minor (overly romanticizing 1950s era America, for example) compared with the practical guidance throughout. Definitely read this one slowly and more than once. I didn't have any other exposure to the Ezzos' curriculum, but founds this book to be tremendously useful.

So far, this is an excellent book that is practical and easy to read. I like that in the beginning it speaks of healthy mom and dad relationships and how the children respond to their parents' own relationship with each other.
