I could not put this book down. I bought it yesterday, and finished it today. I cried a lot reading this book...sometimes out of compassion for the author, but mostly out of being overcome by God’s goodness. This is a wonderful book if you need to be encouraged, if you are struggling with God, or if you’re hungry for more of Him. Trust me- read the book!

This was a great book - by my awesome pastor in Redding! He shares so beautifully the ways in which God reached out to him during times of pain and heartbreak, and how He has empowered him to know God in a very personal way. It was an easy read, but so encouraging and heartwarming.
