I love, LOVE, how the MC - Caroline - refuses to let the classification of 'victim' label her. I'm not a hardcore feminist, but I appreciate stories that show women standing up for themselves/not becoming the 'damsel-in-distress' all the time.
Other than that, this was a great story. Fast-paced, realistic characters, and a surprising twist that got me.
