I'll commence by admitting that it was a book that was difficult to walk away from to do other chores!
Yes, the all the world in involved in a pandemic but does it really need an author to muddy the waters further with the premise of Jihadist attacking the world's population, and then speak of the "preppers" in the United States and their activities. I'm no Pollyanna, but I do find the mindsets of some Americans to be over the top..
Having stated how I feel about two major topics in the book, I will admit that I found it difficult to walk away from the book. The interactions of the main characters was interesting , as they came to grips with unforeseen difficulties. But they maintained their humanity and sense of love and humour in dark times.

Graham's Resolution Books 1-4

A.R. Shaw wrote, developed and then wrapped up the initial plot/storyline quite well in what were initially the four books in the series. I think my favorite thing about it overall is the way the characters developed with the storyline.

After spending four books watching them struggle with so much loss and devastation, I am looking forward to what happens in the next ARC in the following three books! And I'm off to book 5!

Outstanding!

This series was very difficult to put down. If you struggle with gore & some four letter words, prepare yourself. There is not a lot of that as most is a heartwarming story of families coming together to love and to fight for survival. You don’t want to end one book without having the next one ready to jump into.

The Chinese pandemic and series.

A great series. Maybe a little too close to home considering the pandemic continuing now around the world. But, as in the books there's always hope.

An absolutely fantastic series. The author A.R. Shaw has a remarkable talent to write four books that is an impossibility to put down. I loved all the characters some more than others but I didn’t dislike any of them. I feel that doing this review it should be a mile long but I can only say it was amazing so many times. I’m so happy that this author has written more books in this series. Thank you A.R.Shaw.

I highly recommend this series of books to anyone who likes to read about the strength and survival instincts needed to continue on after a disaster. I read this during the beginning of COVID and found it very interesting and calming to what was going on around me.

Awesome

A great story and I wish it wouldn't come to an end.
It had me hooked with the story line and the characters were so realistic and believable. I just could not put it down and now I have to try and find another series that matches this.
Thank you so much!!!!!!

One of the best in their genre

Great characters. Good story. I was sad to finish the series. I wish the characters had some faith in a loving God.

Imagine what it would be like to have the US as you know it disappear. Now face it with people who care about others.

A hard read given the pandemic of 2020, but well worth it. Worse than what we have going on now, but not inconceivable. Scary stuff.

The characters grow and the group has human struuuggles. Teens act like teens. The action is a little slower than some but adequate

After Hope, they went home

End of Book 4. So much has changed but the group’s fight for life continues. I hope the next part of this series is as well-written.

This is the second time I’ve read The Graham’s Resolution series and love it just as much as the first time, I’ve also read book no 5 and now have just started reading The Wild West also by A R Shaw which is the continuing adventures of Graham and his friends. So easy to read it’s like coming home to family.

I started this series during the height of the pandemic and was impressed, not only with the writing but in the way the story unfolded, knowing that it was written before COVID and yet often prescient. The whole series is worth the read.
