I'll commence by admitting that it was a book that was difficult to walk away from to do other chores!
Yes, the all the world in involved in a pandemic but does it really need an author to muddy the waters further with the premise of Jihadist attacking the world's population, and then speak of the "preppers" in the United States and their activities. I'm no Pollyanna, but I do find the mindsets of some Americans to be over the top..
Having stated how I feel about two major topics in the book, I will admit that I found it difficult to walk away from the book. The interactions of the main characters was interesting , as they came to grips with unforeseen difficulties. But they maintained their humanity and sense of love and humour in dark times.
