This book was Ok. For me, being a Type 1 Diabetic myself , I found this book was meant to appeal to those who live with someone affected with Diabetes or is trying to better understand all of the details of how to cope with that situation in a constructuve and helpful manner without being too over-bearing rather then a direct guide for Diabetics themselves.
It is a good guide for those who support someone living with the condition and has some helpful suggestion and questionaires/quizes to assist in understanding. Suggestions of how to get the whole situation to work for those either coping with or supporting someone with Diabetes.
Persoanlly for myself- I did not find it extremely useful how I am planning on handing it around to those around me who it is best suited for!
