Son le nove, g1a le nove! Ed il conte ancor non viene! Emelina! Caro bene Che dirai del' mio tardar? Dov' è il Duca? (entrando da varie parti) Dove Dove? Mai - non seppi indovinar. Ah! Ah! Ah! Tu sei, cospetto! (ridendo.) Assai brusco stamattina. (seccatori) (passeggiando indispettito.) Poveretto! Pensi sempre ad Emelina! un giorno forse Dar si può che il nostro Duca A conceder si riduca Che ti ossa a lei sposaf. Lo conce a, o nol conceda Queste nozze s' han da far. Che mai dici? E perder vuoi La sua grazia il suo favore? Amo, e basta. (passegg. Sempre.) E unir ti puoi... Ad oscuro suonatore!
