It’s a short but straight-to-the-point message and it is written in a comprehensible way. The author presents the reasons why nice guys tend to have problems when dating women & why they usually end up in the friend zone.
I agree we must put ourselves first and not overinvest ourselves in a woman, who might actually be a total stranger, just because of her external appearance. Besides, external appearances can be misleading; Just because a woman is externally beautiful that doesn’t mean she also has a good character.
I also agree with the notion of not investing significant amounts of time and money in winning and dining women who actually do not deserve it, especially if we´re getting nothing in return.
The notion of not bragging about one’s successes or accomplishments in life to impress the other person is valid since this can be perceived as arrogant. After all, we’re living in the digital age where everyone has left a digital blueprint on the web to the point that getting information about someone is very easy since all it takes is a simple search on the Internet.
On the other side, although I recognize that polarity is key to build sexual tension, I think the author failed to mention other ways to build polarity such as, but not limited to: (a) building a good physique by constantly training to be in shape. Based on my own experiences, women are attracted to physically strong men. It is generally accepted that men are visual creatures, but women also are sexually stimulated by the muscular constitution of men, (b) Taking good care of your external appearance by dressing properly and getting good haircuts, (c) Avoid seducing women who are taller than us. In general, women tend to be more attracted to men who are taller than they’re, (d) another example of polarity is the fact that white women tend to be more attracted to dark skin men and the opposite seems to be true for dark skin women (Latinas & brunettes) who seems to be attracted to white men, (e) Acquiring a good academic level. The proportion of highly educated women seems to be way higher than that of men, and women are constantly searching for what they call their “equals” reason why many times they don’t even give the time of day to men who in their perception are lower in status.
In general, this is a good book and I consider it as a complement to many other publications within the manosphere.
