For 20 years, Elisa served as the CEO of MOPS International (www.mops.org). Under her leadership, MOPS grew from 350 groups to more than 4,000 groups throughout the United States and in 30 other countries, influencing more than 100,000 moms every year. Elisa now serves as president emerita of MOPS.
Elisa received a BS from the University of Texas and an MDiv from Denver Seminary. She served as the dean of women at Western Bible College (now Colorado Christian University) and on the board of ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability). Currently she serves on the board of Denver Seminary.

Elisa Morgan The Prayer Coin, is a good read. Elisa takes you on a journey of how to develop an intimate relationship with God. The prayer Coin takes you step by step on getting to know Jesus personally by showing you how Jesus prayed the two sides of the coin when he prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, "take this cup from me; (honest)Yet not my will, but yours be done (abandon)." Luke 22:42. Praying both sides of the coin will lead trust. "Prayer creates honesty. Honesty develops trust. Trust results in surrender. Head over heels, we fall, surrendered, into love." Elisa Morgan!

Elisa Morgan writes with a clear voice, as if you're sitting across from her, writing with honesty and personality. As she unpacks her idea of a "prayer coin" she also makes it plausible for you to reap the benefits of deeper intimacy with God. This book is a fast read and provides a new take on the struggle many Christians face: how to pray.
