Uhn. What's up with the flat monotone of narrators?
The stories here are interesting and there are a number I recognize, but I think the author could have dug a bit deeper for his stories, all of which can be found online (and, despite his assertions, a few have shown up on the Tube of You). All the same, I enjoyed listening because I like this stuff.

Eerie Encounters
This book is actually a collection of several books-True Hauntings, Scary Ghost Stories-Hauntings, Creepy Stories and Haunted Houses. All are great, extensively researched collections of tales of unexplained phenomena. Many of these stories will creep you out. While there are a few I had heard of before, the majority I had not. All were entertaining and spooky. A great value for the price.

This was actually four books in one. Supposedly based on true haunted locations and creepy paranormal encounters. However this lacked any specific locations or valuable information and all the stories could have easily been made up, as you cannot verify any of the events due to the lack of information. But still some creepy tales.

EXXON NEVER DISAPPOINTS!
I love to read, and the books author never disappoints. Whether the subject is ghostly encounters, unusual sightings of the unexplained, witches, cryptids, he certainly entertains and leaves me wondering about this great world we live in. Well done!

Zip. Let me tell you a ghost story in a matter of a few paragraphs. Lots and lots of paranormal stories but not lots and lots of depth.
