Heather Stang, M.A. is the author of Mindfulness & Grief. She holds a Masters degree in Thanatology (Death, Dying, and Bereavement) from Hood College in Maryland, and is a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy practitioner. The content of this book is helpful but I think had it been published as a workbook, if would be far more effective and accessible for people to use in their own mindfulness and grief practices.
