Willow Bay Witches #7

Get your Ducks in a Row

Rate this book
Things are really ducking hectic in Oregon...

When another body turns up in Willow Bay, this time that of a manager of a local small business, Angela finds herself being begged to work the case. After all, the victim is the favorite uncle of the woman who works the vet clinic's reception desk.

Angela finds herself incapable of saying no, but there's a problem - she still hasn't gotten her magical powers back. If Angela is going to solve this case, she's going to have to do it the old-fashioned way. But as Angela begins to get closer to the killer, she realizes things may be a bit more dangerous than they first seemed.

Can Angela track down the killer before it's too late - and before Sophie, who has roped her into a competition to see who's the better sleuth, gets there first?

Get your Ducks in a Row is the seventh book in the Willow Bay Witches series of paranormal cozy mysteries. It's a full-length novel full of funny and sarcastic best friends, a touch of magic, a snarky talking cat and a little bit of romance.

More Fun in Willow Bay

Angie and Sophie definitely get in over their heads again. Bee and Buster are quite a pair. I love that the couples are still going strong.

Don't really think it is finished..

Unanswered questions..

What happened to Peter?

Who was the babies father? It's not necessarily the victim.. and how would his wife and kids deal with it if he was?

Why was he trying to sell his half of the business?

How did Peter get the money and what happens if it was fraud?

Why would Maria have to get a new job i halff the business was being bought out by someone else?

A lightning strike? Come on!

Why are the residents of Willow Bay and surrounding areas such terrible shots that they can't hit someone directly in front of them?

Why is there a muddled name in almost every single book?

The old fashioned way

Terrific. Her powers have been so depleted that she is still recovering when she is asked to look into the death of a store manager. She agrees only to ask some questions but when her sister challenges her (as to which one would solve it first) the race is on. Can she find the killer by just the use of old fashioned legwork? What if the killer is dangerous? Which sister will win the race? Great fun plot and the characters are like revisiting old friends. But anyone having siblings will understand that the win is more than just a win.

Entertaining paranormal cozy mystery series

This is an entertaining supernatural cozy mystery series. A great cast of characters and a fun and entertaining storyline. Angela is a veterinarian in a small coastal town in Oregon. She also happens to be a witch with a unique ability to speak to animals. Along with her sister her best friend and a couple of other friends she also has a knack of solving murders mysteries and other crimes. Follow long as they help the local police chief solve murders and mysteries. A unique twist to a popular genre of stories.

Get all your Ducks in a Row

A body shows up in the park after a couple of ducks come to the vet. Clinic to inform Angela. He's an insurance agent in Willow Bay and everyone seems to like him and can't imagine anyone wanting to do him harm. Angela and Sophie are almost killed when they find him instead of the girlfriend at home.
