Rate this book
The express aim of this new edition is to address the management needs of engineers. The book will enable them to apply management techniques to achieve engineering solutions, and it demonstrates in detail how effective management is achieved in engineering organizations. It clearly shows that management is an engineering function, and not something apart from engineering that engineers should aspire to. This new edition includes new material on product development, operations management and quality management. Offers real-world cases, including an extended case-study to show engineering management in practice.
