Seems like a collection of statements (thou shall or shall not), with no real life examples or back story to reinforce what the problems are and why these solutions work and how to work around any issues with applying these ideas.
A must-read for everyone! I have followed the tips and now know how to manage my emails better, increase my productivity, and get more done. Lots of practical advice and well-written.
