Contains helpful information on the roles people adopt in a family (doer, enabler, loner, star, joker, saint, daddy's little princess, mommy's little man), birth order and how that makes each of us tick, how to sidetrack your frustration, how you speak to your child might be abusive and how to speak to them in a positive manner.

I need to read this again and again, so I've ordered my own copy!
