Unfortunately, I didn't like this one as much as the previous book in the series. It had some cliché OW drama that I am SO over in romance books at this point. I also thought Connery was a douche. He let Abbi (the OW) WAY overstep all the time. She literally walks in on him having sex ALL THE TIME, and calls the heroine a "whale," and he doesn't fire her or anything??!! Finally...the epilogue was just...wierd.



On a more positive note, the writing was still excellent. It was a quick and well-paced read. I very much liked Bexley. The sex scenes were hot (although I was expecting a bit more kink). So even though this one didn't exactly tickle my pickle, I am still onboard and can't wait to see which of the guys buys his HEA next!

YASSSSSSS! I REALLY enjoyed reading "Buying the Barista." Conner and Bexley's sexy story had more push and pull than the others books in this series. So glad Abbi came around and Connie grandmother well... what an awful and classless old woman!

Can't wait to read how Aldrich's story pans out!

I really liked the first book and was intrigued on how this book was going to compare. Let me just say that this one is now my favorite.

Connery is a great alpha hero. He's sexy, rich , mysterious and is a little troubled. All this makes for a great character. Bexley was sweet, a little on the innocent side but also very loyal.

This novella has it all. It has a great storyline, strong characters and sexy. I really enjoyed this one and the epilogue. All I can say is that the epilogue is intense and will have you gasping.

Another steamy book from Stella Stone! I love these quick sexy reads. The story lines are fresh and unexpected. These books make the perfect escape.
Connery is a strong controlling self-made billionaire, but there is just something about Bexley that brings out another side to him.
Bexley was literally sold into this life by her only surviving relative, her brother. Alone and betrayed by her family, she had no idea what her life would be like. But she got lucky when Connery found her.
Their chemistry was off the charts hot! What started as just physical quickly took on emotions and turned into the makings of happily ever after.
This series just keeps getting better, and I can’t wait for the next billionaire friend to find his perfect girl.

This is the second book in this series. If you are looking for a quick read filled with a controlling computer geek billionaire who happens to be sexy, then read this. It’s a quick read and just enough to piss you off but still keep coming back for more.

This is the second book in the Alpha Billionaries series. Connery is bored he needs something exciting and buying a person seems like that might be it. After going to these auctions and never finding what he wants he brings his friends with. He finally see what he wants Bexley is perfect and he has to have her. Bexley brother owed bad people money and decides Bexley should pay it off. Scared and not knowing what's going to happen she surprised she's not afraid of Connery. At first I wasn't that fond of Connery he seemed like a butt but he definitely grew on me especially when he read about his abuse he suffered and still does . I wish the grandmother was told off in the book she deserved it. But otherwise O loved this book and series. I can't wait for the next book.

I do enjoy Stella Stone's talented writing style, and Buying the Barista was a quick & sexy read. Sexy times lit the sheets on fire, emotional angst pulled out the feels, and the plot was fast paced. I loved Bexley, the heroine, but I'm not going to lie, I had some problems with Connery the hero, but in order to keep spoiler douchery out of the review, I can't reveal why. There was an f-bomb worthy twist or two, with an epilogue that was highly unusual that was intense. I'm definitely intrigued for the next book in this series, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If your looking for quick steamy read this one is perfect. The storyline kept me hooked. There's an amazing epilogue at the end. Connery is a protective alpha male while Bexley is an innocent barista looking for happiness.

This brooding alpha is amazing. Bexley is a sweet girl, caught up in her brothers mess. Luckily she is found by Connery. This is a steamy, hot read that has an alpha flat on his bottom from his feelings. Love it!!!!

Book two in this series. It involves Connery. He like his friends (btw they are millionaires) are invited to " the club" by Mr.Sam (a "man" who takes payment in women and sells them to other men... for millions!! Yep millions!!
Poor Bixkey us caught up in her durtvag brothers problems. He gives her to Mr. Sam. In comes Conner with his millions and buys her.

Just like Sterling from the first book... he has the protector vibe going on.
