Bouncer #10

Bouncer - Tome 10: L'Or maudit

Rate this book

I have loved Bouncer albums for their rawness. It is No-Mercy all over. And this album doesn't start far away from that.

While Bouncer seems to have taken up and heroic quality, the execution of the whole plot, events and the characters are as raw as the other albums.

This is first album of a treasure hunt plotline that gears up massively within the first few pages and hooks you till the end.

The girl, Panchitta, has a tattoo on the forehead that gives out the location of the gold of King Maximilian which was robbed on transit. One of the robbers escapes with the stolen gold, hides it somewhere within the Dragon Mountain and tattooes the map on his own daughter's head. The betrayed mates search for the daughter and kidnaps her from Bouncer's place.

Bouncer and Job follow them bandits and on the way team up with the military personnel from the Maximilian army.
