He leído la edición de Akal, muy completa, en cuanto al texto principal no me interesaba mucho y lo he leído por encima, tiene un estilo mucho más retórico y poético que el de Catón que es mucho más instructivo.
En cuanto a la edición cuenta con abundantes notas al pie y una muy buena introducción aunque no se mete tanto en Varrón y su obra en si pero eso se puede consultar en la traducción de Lengua Latina en Gredos.
