This book was easy to read and made some great points, but it was just so very repetitive that I was bored a short way through. I felt it could've been easily condensed and most of the information was not new, speaking as an athlete.
I really enjoyed this book and found myself using its advice in my everyday life. After reading this book I have awesome sustainable confidence and can let unproductive thoughts out of my head. Overall I rate it a 5 stars and think it is an excellent game changer for ALL athletes.
Simply put yet well written. Simple steps that can benefit many athletes, coaches and parents alike when it comes to mental preparation. An often overlooked aspect of athletics and life in general.
It seems self explanatory but still nice to hear it again. Some good methods in here. Wish it was longer and explained more in depth but also seemed like there wasn’t much more to be said.
This book is a gem for athletes seeking the blue-print in finding their own confidence. Tami shares her best stuff, which most authors in this field tend to hide. Great addition and must read for any aspiring athlete looking to gain an edge with their mindset.
