Totally unimpressed. I teach an art appreciation course and was told by the department that this was the book we were using. I’m not pleased. It’s poorly divided in terms of what needs to be covered, especially for intro level students. Some of their assertions are inaccurate. The choices in art examples is weird. I’m really unhappy with it.
