Khwarizmi Father of Algebra Inventor of Algorithm

Rate this book
Al-Khwarizmi developed the Arabic numerals, based on the Hindu-Arabic numeral system and Indian mathematics. The Western world adopted his numeral system. The term "algorithm" is the invention of Khwarizmi. Algorithm defines the steps for calculation for the solution of a problem. Kharazimi moved the world from the Greek world of geometry and created the new mathematics based on Algebra. His invention of Algorithm was used by him to solve the second order equation. His invention of Algebra and Algorithm paved the way for the age of Enlightenment. Khwarizmi was a philosopher, mathematicians, Astronomy, and decimal position numbering systems. His Persian quest for knowledge, love of truth, and mathematics led him to leave his mark on the humanity.

It s a super quick book to read (a glorified wikipedia page, basically) but it's not that bad for someone who needed a primer on Al Khwarizmi.
It's on kindle Unlimited and you can read in under one hour, so it s worth a read
