Kathleen and Allison are yoga practitioners who more than respect their handsome middle-aged teacher; while it's true they have an idealistic crush on Jacob, they would never openly flirt with him as some of the other women have. He's rebuffed all of them. They admire him as a spiritual leader, and think he is beyond reproach. Yet, when Megan, Kathleen's eighteen year old daughter joins them, stuck in matsyasana, an uncomfortable back bend which leaves them looking at the world upside down, Kathleen notices something about their much admired spiritual Jacob spends much of the class time helping the younger women, including Megan! Not only that, but Jacob attempts continue his conversation with the young girl after class. Kathleen and Allison question the spirituality of their leader and the quality of their yoga practice. However, Megan proves to be smart beyond her years as she puts Jacob in his own uncomfortable position which may teach the teacher a difficult lesson.
