Imagine if your parents or you had read a book and told you that theirs a buried treasure.Would you go off and look for it if so you are like L. L has to stay after school in the library, Because his mom has to work extra hours. so the mom goes and talks to the librarian about L staying there after school. The librarian says yeah L can stay. The first day L's their he finds that his school bully big fist is there too,and finds a book about his town's history he reads it he finds out that there's a buried treasure. So L emails his dad which is in Vietnam. His dad says that yeah all of L's male ancestors been looking for it, there's a song that goes along with it. The song gives out clues of were the treasure is. I think the genre o the book would probably be realistic fiction because it talks about stuff that could actually

I think the genre o the book would probably be realistic fiction because it talks about stuff that could actually happen. the setting is in a little town in ?. L is a big adventurous kid and is very creative. He will do what ever gets in his way. Big fist is a bully he doesn't like when people look at him dirty or raise their voice at him, he will punch them if the do.**Spoiler Alert** I was glad that Big fist got bit by snake at the rock hill were L was getting trained to move snakes, to get the treasure.I was surprised that Big fist enjoyed reading. I thought the librarian was going to say no if that were me and the librarian said yes i would get pretty mad at my mom. I liked the way the author wrote the story. I think the author wrote this to entertain because it has a lot of drama. I remember that in preschool my teacher told us a story like this one I enjoyed it to.

this is why I liked the book. Hopefully you guys will enjoy this book too. I would rate this book a 8 because the book isn't the best book in the world. I would recommend this book to somebody that likes to go on adventure and likes surprises. This is how you would be like L. would you go off and look for the treasure if you were L.
