More hot vamps! I've read several of Elizabeth Lapthorne's books and was interested enough in the blurb on the back of "Desperate Fantasies" to pick it up at the bookstore. I'm very glad I did! This book contains the first two stories of the 'Montague vampires', a family of vamps who exist 250ish years in the future on a distant planet...far, far away (OK, OK, I just couldn't resist that last bit).

Desperate and Dateless - Vicci's a retired mercenary and is working security at the annual Vampiric Desperate and Dateless ball. She's surprised and intrigued when she feels the presence of a very powerful, and very sexy vampire...RIGHT BEHIND HER!
