Really comprehensive and well-written book on this subject - just what I was looking for, as I prefer consuming this kind of info from a book rather than YouTube content. Worth nothing though that the focus is on EDM-style mashups - I'm more interested in hip-hop / open format, and it doesn't really cover those.
